By using the services of Infinity Express Delivery Ltd. ("the Company"), the client ("Customer") agrees to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, which govern all logistics, cargo, and delivery services rendered by the Company.
The Company provides domestic and international freight, courier, and cargo solutions, including pick-up, packaging, warehousing, customs clearance, tracking, and delivery.

The Company reserves the right to inspect and reject any shipment suspected of containing such items.
Upon registration, every new customer account must be funded with a minimum deposit of $100 USD (or its equivalent in EUR) within three (3) calendar days of account creation. This initial deposit is a prerequisite to activate and maintain account privileges, including access to shipment services, tracking, and customer support.
Failure to meet this funding requirement within the specified timeframe will result in automatic suspension and permanent termination of the account without prior notice. Any reactivation will require a fresh registration, subject to the Company’s approval and updated terms. Customers are responsible for ensuring timely compliance with this policy to avoid service interruption or loss of access.
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that all items are properly packaged and clearly labelled to withstand transportation. Infinity Express Delivery Ltd. shall not be held liable for any damage resulting from inadequate packaging or incorrect labeling.
Pick-up and delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or other operational disruptions. The Company will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of any significant delays.
For international shipments, the Customer is solely responsible for compliance with all applicable customs laws and for providing accurate documentation. The Company will assist with customs clearance where applicable but shall not be held liable for confiscation, fines, or delays due to non-compliance.
Standard liability coverage is limited to $100/€100 per shipment unless additional insurance is purchased. Customers are encouraged to insure high-value goods. Infinity Express Delivery Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.
All claims must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days of delivery or scheduled delivery date. Claims must be supported with appropriate documentation, including proof of value and evidence of loss or damage. The Company will investigate and respond within 14 business days.
Full payment is required before shipment unless prior credit arrangements have been made. All prices are quoted in USD or EUR and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Late payments may incur a 2% monthly interest charge.
Infinity Express Delivery Ltd. reserves the right to open and inspect any shipment without prior notice for security, customs, or regulatory reasons.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
